Cancellation policy

Some items offered by LANTZ may be available for pre-order. This policy explains how cancellations apply to pre-order purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock or is currently in production.

Pre-order estimated shipping windows are provided for reference only and may be subject to change due to production timelines, material availability, quality control, or carrier delays.

Payment may be collected in full or in part at checkout, depending on the purchase option available at the time of order.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled only before the item has entered final processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once a pre-order has entered production, final processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Fulfilled Orders

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding eligible returns.

Final Sale Items

Certain pre-order, limited edition, custom, personalized, or final sale items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless required by law.
