Refund policy

At LANTZ, we take great care in the craftsmanship, presentation, and quality of every piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in original condition
- returned with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective materials
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Approved returns will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we may review and assist accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- pre-order items
- personalized or custom pieces
- limited edition items
- sale items
- gift cards
Due to the nature of luxury materials and craftsmanship, slight variations in leather grain, texture, or finish are considered natural characteristics and not defects.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, we recommend submitting a return request for the original purchase and placing a new order separately, subject to availability.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
