Shipping policy

At LANTZ, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure it arrives in the condition intended.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items are provided for reference only and may change due to production timelines, material availability, quality control, or carrier delays.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout. LANTZ is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays or transit-related issues are outside of our direct control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues when possible.


International Shipping

International shipping may become available in the future. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
